3. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms and conditions:

  • ‘Company’ refers to UAB “Rugpjūtė” (Love and Confuse).
  • ‘Customer’ refers to the person purchasing goods from the website.
  • ‘Products’ refer to the women’s clothing items.
  • ‘Made-to-Order’ refers to our standard products that are produced upon customer order according to our regular patterns and specifications. They are not considered personalized or custom-made.
  • ‘Custom Order’ refers to products that are altered from our standard patterns based on specific customer requests.
  • ‘Services’ refer to the customization options.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, browse our catalog, select the desired items and customization options, and add them to your cart. Complete the checkout process by providing your payment and shipping information. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Please note that all our products are made to order. This means that we start production of your chosen item(s) once you place your order.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in EUR, CAD, USD, AUD, and GBP.
  • The displayed prices include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Any additional costs for customizations will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

6. Production and Delivery

  • All our products are made to order and generally require up to 2 weeks for production.
  • We offer free standard delivery worldwide, except to Russia.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Lithuania: 1-2 business days
    • Germany and UK: 3-5 business days
    • USA and Canada: up to 14 business days
    • Rest of the world: up to 3 weeks
  • We also offer express delivery options. Prices for express delivery vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Please note that these delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Order tracking will soon be available through a dedicated page on our website and in the customer account orders page.

7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Right of Withdrawal

  • Standard Products: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order for standard products within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”). This includes items we define as “Made-to-Order,” as they are our standard offerings made according to our size charts and product descriptions.
  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Products that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
    • Custom Orders (items altered from our standard patterns based on your specific requests). These are considered final sale.

7.2 Returns and Refunds

  • Made-to-Order Items: You may return these for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions on how to initiate a return.
  • Custom Orders: Are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Cancellations: Must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

7.3 Initiating a Return or Cancellation

7.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

7.5 Defective Products

If you receive a defective item or one that doesn’t match the product specifications, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

  • We are committed to providing high-quality, made-to-order items that meet your specifications.
  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our products as possible. However, slight discrepancies in color or appearance may occur due to factors such as monitor settings or lighting conditions.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our products. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.
  • We do not accept responsibility for damage to products due to improper use, care, or normal wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
