  • Express shipping options available at checkout for an additional fee, which varies based on location and package weight.

How long does shipping take?

Each Love and Confuse piece is crafted with care, which means we need some time to create your perfect item. Here’s what you can expect:

  2. Shipping time:
    • Lithuania: 3-5 business days
    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • International: 10-15 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing your order.

2. Returns & Exchanges

What is our return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return standard Love and Confuse items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them
  • All original tags are still attached
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery (contact us within this timeframe)

Please note: Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item(s) back to.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How do exchanges work?

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Here’s how our exchange process works:

  2. We’ll confirm the availability of your desired item.
  3. Once confirmed, return your original item following our return process.
