We offer free standard shipping worldwide! Please note that we are unable to ship to Russia at this time.

Standard shipping is on us – it’s free for all orders, no matter where you are in the world!

Express Shipping

Need your Love and Confuse piece faster? We offer express shipping options at checkout for an additional fee. Rates vary depending on your location.

Delivery Times

Because each Love and Confuse piece is made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production. Once your order is ready, here are our estimated delivery times:

  • Lithuania: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-15 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times, and occasional delays may occur, especially during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience!

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

International Shipping

We work with reliable local carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. To confirm if we ship to your country, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address – the website will let you know if we can deliver to your location.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we unfortunately have no control over them.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! You can return your standard Love and Confuse items within 14 days of receiving them. Please keep in mind:

How to Make a Return

To start a return, simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible!

Condition of Returned Items

We want to make sure returned items find a loving home! Please make sure returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. All original tags should still be attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.


Want to exchange for a different size or color? No problem! We’re happy to offer direct exchanges. Just reach out to us at with your order number and the details of the exchange, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll ship the exchange item to you free of charge as soon as we receive the returned item. Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.


Once we receive your return and make sure it’s in tip-top shape, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email so you know it’s on its way!

3. Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

How to Cancel

Refunds for Canceled Orders

You’ll receive your refund within 3 business days of canceling your order. We’ll process it back to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email.
